Shipping policy

Harto Shop provides you the option to pay Cash on Delivery across all cities in Kenya. We provide cash on delivery through all the major courier providers. This is how it works.

1. You place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout.

2. After you place an order, an automated SMS is sent to you to confirm your order.

3. Your order will now be processed and you will receive a call to confirm your order and information.

4. At the time of delivery, you will have to hand over the cash to the delivery person or pay by M-Pesa first, then you will be handed over the package.

5. In case the shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery facility on our website.

Since we ship through courier companies, we can only provide cash on delivery tracking numbers as soon it was picked up from us.
